It's time for you to show yourself what you're capable of. Join us for our first-ever meet-up where 20 incredible ladies will get together to check an adventure off their bucketlist.

Get fit to live

Your nutrition and exercise are a vehicle for you to live your best life and do the activities that bring you joy.

BODZii is putting together an organized meet-up to check activities off your bucket list, and providing you with the tools you need to get prepared so you can feel confident and fit during the entire experience.

  • 12-Week Training Program

    The BODZii team will provide you with a custom 12-week movement and training program that will help your body get primed for this day of activity! Do this in the gym, outside or in the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment.

  • Hike the Devil's Bridge Trail

    A 6.3 km hike with approx 200 m of elevation, this hike is a moderate challenge with breathtaking views!

  • Hike the Solider Pass Trail

    A beautiful 7.2km trail with scenic views of red rock. A sure way to get your 10,000 steps!

  • Hiking Snacks and Refreshments

    Our team will put together an on-the-go lunch pack to take with you on our day of hiking. Stay full of energy the entire day long.

  • Yoga class

    Relax, stretch and recover with a Yoga session the next morning

  • Journaling and Meditation

    Spend the next day doing outdoor yoga, a journalling session, and soaking in the spa.
