Fall is the season of change! Our Fall Body Care Challenge participants saw some big changes in their routine, body composition and energy levels! But unlike seasons, these changes are longlasting. BODZii challenges are designed to build habits that stick. Here is a recap of what happened!
Fall Body Care Challenge Stats: Oct 19-Nov 15
The Fall Body Care Challenge include 28 days of mini challenges, with a daily leaderboard on points earned by making healthy choices. Coaches are assigned to each participant to give guidance and cheer them on.

Some crunched leaves, some got blisters, but they all came and they conquered.
