🍴Ingredients
Burgers
2 cans tuna - in water
1 egg
1 tbsp flour or ¼ cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon or lime zest
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Slaw
1 ½ cup shredded cabbage - or packaged slaw mix
1/2 cup sour cream or full-fat Greek yogurt
¼ cup cilantro leaves
½ cup green onions
3 tbsp olive oil
2 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 lime, juice
1 tbsp lime zest
Burger buns or Lettuce Leafs or Whole wheat tortillas

Tuna Patty
- Mix all the tuna patty ingredients (canned tuna,bread crumbs, egg, chopped green onions, spices, olive oil and mustard) into a bowl
- Use a fork to mash and mix it together
- Let it sit in fridge for 10-15 minutes
- Preheat the oven to 400 F
Cabbage slaw
1. Mix the slaw ingredients *chopped green onions, cilantro, sour cream, olive oil and mashed garlic cloves)
Back to Tuna Patty
1. Use your hands to knead the tuna patty mix into a ball
2. Bake for 30 minutes. 15 minutes in, flip the patty on to the other side
