The Kale, Spinach and Pear Smoothie Ingredients
- 1 packed cup of Spinach
- 1 packed up of chopped Kale
- ½ Pear
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 ½ cups of Almond/ Soy/ Skim Milk
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Casein Protein Powder
- Optional: Cinnamon, stevia, vanilla extract
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth
- Pour into a sealed container and place in refrigerator until ready to consume
